What are you trading?

Working and damaged phones, tablets and consoles can be assessed. Any early indication is an estimate, not a guaranteed value.

Responsible disposal

Walk-in. Checked. Accepted.

Bring eligible personal electronics to the physical shop for an in-person safety and category check. Acceptance is never automatic.

Walk-in only

No courier. No Lalamove. No GrabExpress. Devices are accepted only after an in-person staff check at the physical shop.

No postal delivery and no unattended drop-off.

Staff may decline unsupported, unsafe or bulk/commercial items.

Before you visit

Back up and erase personal data where possible.
Sign out and remove activation locks.
Remove SIM and memory cards.
Make sure you own the device and can dispose of it.

Unsafe devices

Do not transport leaking, smoking, hot, punctured or severely swollen batteries to the shop. Isolate them from flammable material and contact local emergency or hazardous-waste guidance.
