Enquiries and accepted orders
A basket or message is an enquiry, not an accepted order. A contract forms only when COOL STATION CELLULAR ENTERPRISE confirms the exact goods, full price, stock, delivery or collection arrangement and acceptance in writing.
You may correct selections before sending. COOL STATION CELLULAR ENTERPRISE may correct genuine listing errors or decline an order before acceptance, and will explain any material change.
Price and payment
Catalogue prices are starting or current listed prices. The written confirmation states the full price, including known taxes, delivery charges and other costs; variable charges require agreement before acceptance.
The temporary payment method is online transfer. Do not pay until verified written instructions are received and checked. SenangPay is coming soon and is not available. COOL STATION CELLULAR ENTERPRISE never asks for a password, PIN or one-time code.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
A delivery estimate is provided when the order is confirmed and is not a guaranteed arrival time. Risk, custody and failed-delivery arrangements follow the confirmed delivery policy.
Cancellation, return, refund and warranty requests are assessed under the applicable policy and Malaysian law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website, external services and law
Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with it, misuse content or impersonate another person. Product marks belong to their owners; COOL STATION CELLULAR ENTERPRISE site content may not be commercially reused without permission.
WhatsApp, couriers and payment providers are independent services with their own terms. Malaysian law governs these terms. If one provision is invalid, the rest continues. Material changes are dated and published; accepted orders remain governed by the terms confirmed for them.
