Assessment and authorisation
An enquiry or assessment does not guarantee a repair, quote, part, result or timeframe. Chargeable work begins only after the customer approves the stated scope and price. New findings require renewed approval where they materially change either.
Parts, risks and service-centre referral
Feasibility depends on damage, condition, parts stock and technical difficulty. COOL STATION CELLULAR ENTERPRISE may stop, decline or recommend a manufacturer or authorised service centre. Opening or repair may affect manufacturer warranty and water resistance; restored water resistance is not promised.
Data, credentials and custody
Customers should back up data, remove SIM and memory cards and avoid sending passwords or PINs. Testing access is requested only if needed and agreed. Damage or repair can cause data loss; data recovery is not promised.
Custody starts when staff inspect and record receipt, not when a courier is booked. Courier repair handover requires prior acceptance and a COOL STATION CELLULAR ENTERPRISE service reference. Packing, dispatch and transit risk remain subject to the confirmed arrangement.
Fees, return and responsibility
Assessment, labour, parts and courier fees vary and are disclosed before they are incurred where practicable. Collection, storage and unclaimed-device arrangements must be stated in the written job record; no unstated fee or warranty period is invented here. These terms do not excuse negligent handling or remove non-excludable consumer rights.
