Trade-in and Disposal Terms

Conditional valuations and the strict walk-in disposal boundary.

Trade-in eligibility

The customer confirms ownership, lawful authority to transfer the device, and that it is not stolen, financed or subject to another claim. Identity or ownership evidence may be requested. Linked accounts and activation locks must be removable.

Inspection and value

Any remote indication is not guaranteed. Final value follows physical inspection and testing and may be revised or declined for condition, authenticity, function, locks, missing parts, safety or demand. No trade-in is accepted until both sides confirm the final terms.

Disposal is walk-in only

No courier, post, Lalamove, GrabExpress, unattended or anonymous disposal delivery is accepted. Bring eligible personal devices to the physical shop. COOL STATION CELLULAR ENTERPRISE responsibility begins only after an in-person staff check and explicit acceptance.

Data, safety and refusal

Customers should back up and erase data, remove SIM and memory cards, sign out and confirm ownership. COOL STATION CELLULAR ENTERPRISE may refuse unsupported, bulk, unidentified, contaminated, leaking, hot, punctured, swollen or otherwise hazardous devices. Certified recycling, guaranteed destruction and a specific downstream process are not promised.
